Dayton, Ohio ― JJR has announced that Brigadier General Gregory M. Gutterman (USAF, retired) is joining JJR Solutions as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Client Experience, effective March 1. He will be responsible for building strong, lasting partnerships with clients; renewing and expanding business within existing accounts; and leading, managing, and developing an integrated Client Experience team.

JJR has experienced significant growth over the past year and expects the same moving forward. According to President and CEO David Judson, “Scaling and sustaining our client focus as a result of this growth is vital to our success and that of our clients. Greg is the right leader to help us do that.” Gutterman will join Judson; Dan Marion, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO); and Carly Cox, Chief Operating Officer (COO), as part of the JJR executive team.

Gutterman’s experience leading large, diverse organizations and his deep expertise in enterprise program management will be key to JJR’s continued scaling of its client-focused delivery. Gutterman was most recently the director for the Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation (AFSAC) Directorate, a 700-person organization located in five states and three countries, where he executed the Air Force’s $185 billion Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise.

Gutterman shared, “I can’t tell you how excited I am to be joining a great JJR Team, from the team-wide enthusiasm to give our customers a ‘wow’ experience, to the focus on giving back to the community and keeping a healthy work/life balance. Leslie and I are absolutely thrilled to be joining the JJR family.”
