Three Dayton-area high school graduates have been selected as recipients of the 2023 JJR Solutions Starfish Scholarship. Aaliyah Ewings, Lauren Hill, and Jaliya LeRoy will each receive a renewable-per-year scholarship over a four-year period to pursue their college degrees.
