JJR Celebrates Promotion of Three Leadership Team Members

Dayton, Ohio—JJR is excited to announce the promotions of three of its Leadership Team members – Jill Delaney-Shal, Erin Kunkle, and Joe Skinner.

“I am thrilled to announce these three promotions,” shared Carly Cox, JJR President and Chief Operating Officer. ”Jill, Joe, and Erin have really stepped up over the past year, taking on the challenge of greater responsibility, and that has resulted in tremendous accomplishments for JJR. Their continued growth drives our company’s business growth, and we believe they will continue to excel.”

Jill Delaney-Shal will transition from Senior Portfolio Director to Vice President. In the past year, Delaney-Shal has diligently strengthened relationships with her portfolio’s clients and teaming partners while expanding and investing in her employee team. Her efforts led to $3.4M in sales, a new customer market for JJR, and a highly engaged workforce. In her new role, she will continue to manage her portfolio with an added focus on solutioning and growing her accounts.

Erin Kunkle will move from Director of Employee Experience to Vice President of Corporate Services. In her tenure at JJR, Kunkle has continuously improved operations, policy, and processes to support the special culture JJR enjoys. She has led JJR through the unique workforce challenges inherent with COVID-19 and has also led production of exceptional internal products and services to improve employees’ day-to-day experiences. As a vice president, Kunkle will take on more corporate administration and strategic responsibilities while continuing to oversee employee experience functions.

Joe Skinner will progress from Director of Capture to Senior Director of Capture. Skinner played a key role in JJR’s 2021 growth, orchestrating the many activities required to grow existing portfolios and win new contracts. In particular, Skinner led development and sales for JJR’s Digital Workforce Solution, which attracted clients across the Federal Government and created new opportunities for staff. As Senior Director of Capture, Skinner will continue to coordinate daily capture activities, assist in developing new solution offerings, and help design and implement JJR’s annual marketing and sales plan.

“I can’t wait to see the amazing things Jill, Erin, and Joe will do in 2022 as they help lead JJR toward our goal of improving the health, well-being, and security of our communities and nation,” said Cox.
