First-of-Its-Kind BOA Provides Full Federal Access to JJR’s Phase III SBIR Magnify© Tool
Dayton, Ohio—The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) and JJR Solutions have solidified a first-of-its-kind Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) that allows any Federal agency to access JJR’s Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) capability through the AFICC vehicle.
Amanda (Mandy) Thompson, JJR Director of Growth Services, explained, “This BOA makes it easy for the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, or any other Federal agency to contact AFICC and rapidly set up a task order to access the benefits of our Phase III SBIR Magnify© tool.”
“It has been a pleasure for our team to work with AFICC to set up the BOA,” she continued. “AFICC has done a lot of foundational work to make this process as fast and easy for agencies as possible, and we are excited to see how their efforts help streamline Federal acquisition.”
Under the new BOA, Federal clients who need detailed data support for decision-making will have quick access to JJR’s Magnify© human performance tool and assessment process. JJR uses Magnify© to identify a client’s program strengths, shortcomings, and growth opportunities and provide informed recommendations to help meet their organizational goals in any of the following areas:
Strategic Analysis & Planning
Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis
Prototyping, Development, & Sustainment
Innovation Scaling
Thompson shared, “Having the AFICC BOA in place to speed up the acquisition process is just another reason for clients to choose JJR’s SBIR for their human performance and assessment needs.”
The new BOA’s ordering period extends through October 31, 2026.
