The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) and JJR Solutions have solidified a first-of-its-kind Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) that allows any Federal agency to access JJR’s Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) capability through the AFICC vehicle.
