Scott Reed Joins JJR Solutions as Director of Service Design

Dayton, Ohio—In an expansion of its Human-Centered Design (HCD) services, JJR Solutions welcomed G. Scott Reed as its Director of Service Design on May 9.

Working from the National Capital Region (Baltimore), Reed will help JJR clients solve their pressing challenges by using design thinking to generate creative, practical, and effective solutions. As the new lead of JJR’s Improvement Service Area, he will grow JJR’s Lean Six Sigma, HCD, design thinking, and organizational change management techniques to bring efficiency and adaptability to clients. In particular, he will leverage and expand JJR’s Magnify© tool, which JJR uses to capture human-centered data and produce recommendations for improving client performance.​

“Scott is brilliant at understanding how HCD changes the trajectory for clients,” said Dan Marion, JJR Solutions Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). “He excels at working seamlessly with them to find solutions that improve their performance, systems, and processes. I’m looking forward to seeing how he takes our Magnify© tool and improvement offerings to the next level for our clients.”

Reed comes to JJR from RELI Group, where he partnered most recently with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to help transform their culture by designing and delivering programs to accelerate the use and application of HCD. He has more than 20 years of experience providing design and marketing expertise to Government, corporate, small business, and non-profit organizations.
