Team JJR Selected for Stealthwerx Flight Operations Aircrew Scheduling & Training Tool (FASTT) Contract
Dayton, Ohio—Stealthwerx, the 509 Bomb Wing (BW) Innovation Office at Whiteman Air Force Base, part of Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), has selected JJR Solutions and its subcontractor Silotech Group for a new, one-year Flight operations Aircrew Scheduling & Training Tool (FASTT) contract that will use the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
“We’re grateful for this opportunity to develop a modern, user-friendly aircrew scheduling tool specific to the 509 BW’s needs and scalable for the larger Air Force,” said JJR Program Manager Wally Abdallah. “We look forward to delivering a Digital Workforce Solution that will streamline their aircrew scheduling and training processes and ultimately help ensure their aircrew are combat mission-ready.”
Team JJR will use a blend of approaches — User Experience in Agile, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Human-Systems Integration (HSI), and Total Experience (TX) — to accomplish the work. The contract began on September 30, 2023, with Team JJR members providing support from Ohio, Texas, Florida, Minnesota, and South Carolina.
The FASTT contract was established through JJR’s Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Basic Ordering Agreement, which is available to any Federal agency. The SBIR gives clients full access to JJR’s Magnify© methodology, which blends HCD and TX into a design process that keeps end users as the focus and helps them adapt to new processes and systems smoothly.
