JJR Announces New Portfolio Directors
Dayton, Ohio—JJR is pleased to announce its selection of two new portfolio directors, Jared Young and Dave Cope, effective December 1 and December 12, respectively.
“I’m happy to announce that we have promoted Jared Young from program manager to portfolio director, and we are also welcoming Dave Cope as a new addition to the JJR team,” shared Jill Delaney-Shal, JJR Senior Vice President of Client Experience. “They bring a wealth of Department of Defense (DoD) knowledge and experience to their new roles. Their addition positions our Client Experience team to take on the challenges of 2023!”
Young joined JJR in 2018 as a program manager supporting the Air Force’s Light Attack Aircraft Program Product Support Management team. An Air Force Veteran, his career spans more than 20 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer, supporting multiple aircraft and leading personnel in maintenance, logistics, operations, and product support. In his new role, he will lead JJR’s portfolio in DoD Acquisition, Logistics, and Warfighter Support.
Cope, also an Air Force Veteran, joins JJR with a career spanning 32 years in logistics, operations, acquisitions, and product support, with 22 of those on active duty. While serving, he led personnel and managed resources generating combat airpower and mobilizing personnel and equipment to deploy and sustain operations worldwide. In his civilian roles, he’s been instrumental in strengthening relationships with clients and teaming partners while leading his teams to increased performance. He will lead JJR’s portfolio of DoD Transformation, Space Force, and Intelligence Programs.
