JJR Celebrates Promotions Focused on Quality Growth
Dayton, Ohio—Effective October 2, 2023, JJR Solutions has promoted two of its leaders, Scott Reed and Joe Skinner, to support the company’s focus on quality growth, particularly in its Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Total Experience (TX) offerings.
JJR Solutions Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Dan Marion explained, “Scott and Joe are brilliant at working seamlessly with clients to find solutions that improve their performance, systems, and processes. They both understand how HCD is part of creating an excellent total experience for our clients’ stakeholders. I know Scott and Joe will excel in their new roles as they help grow our company and its services.”
Previously JJR’s Senior Director of Service Design, G. Scott Reed has been promoted to VP of Total Experience Design. Reed will further advance JJR’s HCD practice, emphasizing service design, HCD research and design, and organizational change management, all to provide clients with enhanced efficiency and adaptability. He will also lead JJR’s TX Research and Design initiatives, which provide a holistic, transformative approach to clients’ Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) needs.
Joe Skinner has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Capture. Just as in his previous role as JJR Vice President of Capture, Skinner will play a key role in JJR’s growth, orchestrating the many activities required to grow existing portfolios and win new contracts. As he discovers clients’ most pressing problems, he will assist in developing new solution offerings at JJR that help clients solve those problems and achieve efficiency.
